E-commerce video content in Sydney

Product video and UGC-style ad creative built to be tested, not admired. Volume, variation and fast iteration — because on paid social the creative is the targeting.

The approach

E-commerce creative is a different discipline to brand video. You are not making one beautiful film. You are making twelve variations of an idea so the ad account can find which one people respond to.

That changes everything about the process. Volume matters more than polish. Hooks get tested against each other. A slightly rough clip that stops the scroll beats a beautiful one that does not.

So we produce in batches built for testing: multiple hooks against the same product, multiple formats, multiple angles of attack. Then the winners get iterated on and the losers get cut.

What's included

What you actually get

01

Product films

Clean studio-style product footage. The macro detail shots that make something look worth the price.

02

UGC-style creative

Handheld, casual, native to the feed. Built to look like a recommendation, not an ad.

03

Hook variations

The same product filmed with several different openings, so you can test into what works.

04

Demo and unboxing

The formats that consistently convert for physical product, filmed properly.

How it runs

The process, start to finish

Send the product

We shoot in-house. For larger items or a studio-look requirement we arrange a location.

Concept the batch

Several angles per product — problem-solution, demo, unboxing, comparison, social proof.

Film and cut

Batch filmed in one session, then cut into individual test variants.

Test and iterate

You run them, we look at what won, and the next batch pushes further in that direction.

What it costs

Priced to the job, not off a menu

Creative for paid social is priced by batch. A single product test batch is the smallest useful unit; ongoing creative production for an active ad account is a monthly figure.

We scope every job properly and put a fixed number in writing before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprises at the end.

What moves the number

  • How many products
  • How many variants per product for testing
  • Studio product footage, UGC style, or both
  • Whether we also run the media buying

Questions

Common questions

How many ad variants do I actually need?

More than most brands make. A test batch of six gives you something to learn from; one video gives you nothing to compare against.

Do you provide the creators for UGC content?

We can film UGC-style content ourselves or coordinate creators, depending on whether the product needs a specific demographic on camera.

Do you run the ads too?

We can, or we hand over the creative for your existing media buyer. Both work — the creative is the part that moves performance most.

What do you need from me?

The product, your best-selling points, and any existing performance data. Knowing what has already worked saves a whole test cycle.

How long until we know what works?

Usually two to three weeks of spend, depending on budget and how many variants are running.
