Personal branding video in Sydney

For founders, consultants and experts whose next client is going to hire them, not their company. Talking-head content and podcast clips built around what you actually know.

The approach

In professional services the person is the product. Nobody hires a consultancy — they hire someone they have decided knows what they are talking about. Video is the fastest way to make that decision easy.

The mistake most people make is treating it as a highlight reel. Polished, general, and forgettable. What actually works is specific: one idea per video, an opinion someone could disagree with, delivered in a way that sounds like you rather than a brand.

The other mistake is underestimating the volume. Authority is built by showing up repeatedly, not by one beautifully produced brand film. So the format has to be sustainable — which usually means batching.

What's included

What you actually get

01

Positioning session

What you want to be known for, and the handful of opinions you will repeat until people associate them with you.

02

Batch filming

Twelve to twenty pieces in a single session. Multiple shirts, multiple setups, so it doesn't look filmed in one hit.

03

Hook-first editing

The first two seconds decide whether anything else gets watched. Every cut is built around that.

04

Repurposing

Long-form recordings pulled apart into clips. One podcast episode becomes ten pieces.

How it runs

The process, start to finish

Positioning call

We work out your angles. Most people underestimate how much they know and default to generic advice.

Scripts and hooks

Written and sent before the shoot. You are not improvising on camera.

Batch session

Half a day, twelve to twenty pieces filmed. Wardrobe changes and setup moves so the batch doesn't look uniform.

Delivered over weeks

Released in batches with a suggested order rather than dumped at once.

What it costs

Priced to the job, not off a menu

Batch sessions are usually priced per session, ongoing work monthly. Expect the same broad band as other content work — roughly $1,500 to $5,000 a month depending on volume and involvement.

We scope every job properly and put a fixed number in writing before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprises at the end.

What moves the number

  • How many pieces per batch
  • Whether we write the scripts and hooks
  • Studio, your office, or on location
  • Whether long-form recordings need clipping too

Questions

Common questions

I hate being on camera. Can this still work?

Most people say that, and most get comfortable within an hour. Scripts help more than anything else — knowing what you are going to say removes almost all of it.

How often should I be posting?

Three to five times a week is where momentum starts. That is why we batch — nobody sustains that filming ad hoc.

What do I even talk about?

The questions clients ask you repeatedly. If you have answered something five times in person, it is a video.

Should I post as myself or as the business?

For consultants, coaches and most professional services, the personal account will outperform the business account. People follow people.

Can you clip an existing podcast?

Yes, and it is one of the most efficient formats there is — the recording already exists, so the cost per finished piece drops sharply.
